I am extremely disappointed with this place. They have had my car for over a month and still haven’t returned it. On top of that, there has been zero communication — no updates, no calls, no explanations. Every time I try to reach out, I get ignored or no clear answers. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I would NOT recommend bringing your car here. Terrible service and very frustrating experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Work!! I couldn’t be happier with the service I received at Reliable Auto Body!! My car was badly damaged after being hit on the passenger side. The door and rocker was dented, the mirror was hanging off, and the whole side looked terrible. I honestly wasn’t sure it would ever look the same again. George and the team at Reliable Auto Body worked a miracle. The repairs are flawless, the paint matches perfectly, the door lines are straight, and you’d never know the car was in an accident at all. It looks brand new!! They were professional, honest, and took the time to make sure everything was done right and done a day earlier than expected. Don't take your vehicle here for repairs. There is no mechanic to do any diagnostics to your vehicle. George doesn't listen and says things just to get you out of the shop. I told him I rear-ended someone and my vehicle went up on the other vehicle. Asked if a mechanic looked over my vehicle and he said no. When picking up my vehicle I noticed that both headlights were not replaced. So I asked George why and he stated weren't you here for the estimate. I said yes, he said well the accident was towards the passenger side. I said where did you get that from. As you can see I hit more on the driver side. Smh! Pulled out of the parking lot brake lights come on. His response was to not ever come back again. Maybe if you listen to your customer like you do to your reviews. You wouldn't have the issues.

Nice people. Had bumper painted due to a small accident. Paint looked good for 3 months, then started chipping away. Inserts attached to bumper were not put back on correctly either.

Just had my vehicle repaired at Reliable Auto Body after someone hit it. I am so pleased with their service. They did an awesome job at repairing the auto body and mechanical problems. The paint job was perfect! There was a noise coming from the front tire afterward, they fixed it, quick and easy. I appreciate them for making the last 5 days convienent for my transportation. Highly recommended!
